Hindustan Unilever Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Unilever Limited has convened and approved the audited annual accounts for the financial year ended 31st March 2025. The company reported a turnover of ₹60,680 crores, a growth from ₹59,579 crores in the previous year. Profit before tax rose to ₹14,300 crores, up from ₹13,675 crores. The final dividend of ₹24 per share has also been recommended, adding to the interim dividend of ₹19 and special dividend of ₹10 per share, totaling ₹53 for the year. Overall, profit after tax increased to ₹10,644 crores from ₹10,114 crores.
