Syngene International Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 24-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Syngene International Limited has allotted 4,02,439 equity shares to the Syngene Employee Welfare Trust under the Long Term Incentive Performance Share Plan 2023. Following this allotment, the paid-up share capital increases from Rs. 402,53,69,810 to Rs. 402,93,94,200, with a total of 40,29,39,420 equity shares now issued. The shares are issued at a par value of Rs. 10 each and rank equally with existing shares. This move is designed to incentivize and reward employees under the performance share plan.
