Syngene International Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has concluded a meeting where they approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The consolidated revenue from operations for the year stands at ₹36,424 crore, with a net profit of ₹5,100 crore. A final dividend of ₹1.25 per equity share has been proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed V. Sreedharan & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, and approved an increase in managerial remuneration for the MD, alongside revisions to the employee incentive plans. The 32nd Annual General Meeting is set for July 23, 2025.
