ACC Limited — Board Meeting, 24-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of ACC Limited has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025. The results indicate a total revenue from operations of ₹20,789.10 crore, with a profit before tax of ₹3,125.78 crore. The Board has set a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for 26th June 2025. Additionally, the reappointments of Mr. Nitin Shukla, Mr. Sandeep Singhi, and Mr. Rajeev Agarwal as Independent Directors for a second term of three years were also approved, pending shareholder consent.
