ACC Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-04-2025: Record Date

The Board of ACC Limited has approved a dividend of ₹7.50 per equity share for the fiscal year 2024-25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM scheduled for June 26, 2025. To determine the eligibility for receiving this dividend, the record date has been set for June 13, 2025, with payment expected to commence on or after July 1, 2025.

In addition, the Board has agreed on the reappointment of Mr. Nitin Shukla, Mr. Sandeep Singhi, and Mr. Rajeev Agarwal as Independent Directors for a second term of three years each, from September 16, 2025. The Board has also appointed M/s. P.M. Nanabhoy & Co. as Cost Auditors and M/s. Mehta & Mehta as Secretarial Auditors, both subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
