Tech Mahindra has announced a board meeting to discuss its financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share (600%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, in addition to the interim dividend of ₹15 (300%) earlier declared, which brings the total dividend for FY 2024-25 to ₹45 (900%). The books will be closed for dividend payments from July 5 to July 17, 2025.
