Axis Bank Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-04-2025: Dividend

Axis Bank has announced a board meeting on April 24, 2025, where it proposed a final dividend of Re. 1 per equity share (50% of the face value) for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days post-AGM. Additionally, the Bank plans to raise up to Rs. 35,000 Cr by issuing various types of debt instruments and up to Rs. 20,000 Cr through equity shares or convertible securities, subject to member approval. The borrowing limit has also been increased to Rs. 3,00,000 Cr, pending necessary approvals.
