The Board of Directors of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the re-appointment of Mr. Chandra Kishore Thakur as the Manager of the Company for a two-year term from September 01, 2025, to August 31, 2027, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 8th Annual General Meeting. Mr. Thakur has a strong background in leading the company’s strategy and operations globally and has significantly contributed to its position as a top solar EPC solutions provider since joining in 2018. His prior experience includes leadership roles at Punj Lloyd Limited and Lanco Infratech Limited, along with a substantial tenure at NTPC Limited. The board believes his re-appointment will continue to drive the company’s strategic growth.
