Globe International Carriers Ltd. has approved the acquisition of a 51% stake in Govind Kripa Infratech Pvt. Ltd. (GKIT) by acquiring 40,80,000 equity shares for a total consideration of ₹29.43 crore at ₹72.14 per share. The payment will be made through a preferential issue of 30,69,148 new equity shares at ₹95.90 per share, including a premium. Upon completion, GKIT will become a subsidiary of Globe International, enhancing its market presence in the real estate sector. This strategic move is expected to unlock shareholder value and strengthen operational synergies, pending necessary shareholder and regulatory approvals.
