MphasiS Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 24-04-2025: Record Date

The Board of Directors of Mphasis Limited has proposed a final dividend of ₹57 per equity share for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This dividend, if sanctioned, will result in a cash outflow of approximately ₹10,835.46 million.
