Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited has announced a board meeting on 25.04.2025, during which the board approved the final equity dividend of ₹5 per share (face value of ₹10) for the financial year 2024-2025, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting. Additionally, a preference dividend of 6.65% amounting to ₹33.25 Cr on outstanding preference shares was also recommended. The audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 reported a revenue of ₹71,049.91 Cr and a net profit of ₹173.53 Cr.
