Orient Electric Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-04-2025: Dividend

Orient Electric Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss key corporate matters. A final dividend of ₹0.75 (75%) per equity share has been proposed for the financial year, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This follows an interim dividend of ₹0.75, bringing the total dividend for the year to ₹1.50 (150%). The AGM date and record date will be communicated later. The board also approved the appointment of LABH & LABH Associates as Secretarial Auditors, and Ms. Diksha Singh has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
