The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Kamal Pant as an Independent Director for five years, effective from 1st July 2025, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board has reconstituted its committees, set to take effect from 6th May 2025 and further adjustments on 1st July 2025, in light of the tenure completion of two Independent Directors. These changes aim to enhance governance and operational insight, reflecting a strategic focus on leadership diversity and expertise as Mr. Pant joins the Board.
