Motilal Oswal Financial Services has re-appointed Mr. Motilal Oswal as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 18, 2026, for a term of five years. Additionally, Mr. Rajat Rajgarhia is re-appointed as Whole-time Director, effective July 31, 2025, for five years.
