Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited has approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Company reported total income of ₹2909.11 crores and a profit after tax of ₹1160.55 crores for the year. Additionally, they have convened the 29th Annual General Meeting on July 23, 2025, and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Diwakar Gupta as an Independent Director until July 24, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. A new secretarial auditor has also been appointed for a term of five consecutive years starting FY 2025-26, pending approval at the upcoming AGM.
