Godawari Power And Ispat limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 25-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Godawari Power and Ispat has announced the allotment of 284,038 equity shares following the exercise of vested options under the GPIL Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP). The shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs. 116.20 each. This allotment has resulted in an increase in the paid-up share capital from Rs. 66.89 crore to Rs. 66.92 crore. The total funds realized from this exercise amount to Rs. 3.3 crore, contributing to improved capital structure with a diluted earnings per share of Rs. 2.08.
