NRB Bearing Limited — Board Meeting, 25-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has confirmed a capital investment of ₹200 Cr for enhancements at the R&D Centre and plants in Jalna, Chikalthana, Waluj, and Hyderabad. Additionally, Mr. Kishor Harish Talreja has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, also serving as Key Managerial Personnel. The Board has approved the appointment of M/s. Upendra Shukla & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting from FY26.
