The Board of Directors has approved a capital investment of INR 200 Crore for the upgradation and enhancement of capacity at its R&D Centre and multiple plants in Jalna, Chikalthana, Waluj, and Hyderabad. This expansion is expected to boost capacity by 15% to 25% over two years, catering to increasing customer demand, with completion anticipated by Q4 FY 2026-2027.

In personnel updates, Mr. Kishor Harish Talreja has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. He will also serve as Key Managerial Personnel. Additionally, the appointment of M/s. Upendra Shukla & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending member approval, has been recommended by the Board.
