Sasken Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-04-2025: Dividend

Sasken Technologies has announced a board meeting on April 25, 2025, during which it approved a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Once approved, the total dividend for FY25 will amount to ₹25 per share, including the interim dividend of ₹12 declared earlier.

In Q4 FY25, consolidated revenues grew to ₹148.01 crore, marking a 35.8% increase year-on-year, while profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹11.51 crore. Despite a robust quarterly performance, FY25 PAT decreased by 35.9% to ₹50.51 crore. Operationally, Sasken continues to focus on strategic initiatives and expanding its project portfolio across multiple industries.
