Sasken Technologies Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 25-04-2025: Dividend

A Final Dividend of ₹13 per equity share (face value: ₹10 each) has been proposed by the Board of Directors for approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. This follows the previous Interim Dividend of ₹12 per equity share announced in October 2024. If the final dividend is approved, the total payout for the year will amount to ₹25 per equity share.
