L&T Finance Ltd. reported an impressive consolidated full-year Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹2,644 Crore for FY25, reflecting a 14% YoY growth. In Q4FY25, PAT reached ₹636 Crore, up 15% YoY. The retail lending portfolio showed robust performance with a book size of ₹95,180 Crore, a 19% increase YoY, complemented by retail disbursements of ₹60,040 Crore, up 11% YoY. The company's proactive asset liability management achieved a reduced Weighted Average Cost of Borrowing (WACB) of 7.84% in Q4FY25.
Despite a slight decline in net Stage 3 assets, standing at 0.97%, asset quality remains resilient. The credit cost for FY25 improved to 2.50%, down from 2.67% in FY24. Key segments driving growth included Farmer Finance, with a 16% increase in disbursements, and a 42% rise in Personal Loans.
