The Board of Directors of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited has convened a meeting and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹ 42,366.67 crore, while standalone profit after tax stood at ₹ 4,984.31 crore. A final dividend of ₹ 3 per share has been proposed, pending shareholder approval.
