The Board of Directors of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited has approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. For the quarter, the total revenue stood at ₹27,639.17 crore, with a net profit of ₹363.14 crore. Notably, the Board has not proposed any dividend for the financial year 2024-25. Additionally, M/s Ullas Kumar Melinamogaru & Associates has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for FY 2024-25 and 2025-26, extendable to FY 2026-27.
