Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited's Board has approved a dividend of 20%, amounting to ₹2.00 per equity share of ₹10 face value, for the year ended 31st March 2025, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board has considered and approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025, alongside the audit report from statutory auditors. The re-appointment of Ms. Apurva Pradeep Joshi as an Independent Director for another five-year term has also been recommended to shareholders.
