The PAT saw a slight rise of 0.9% to Rs. 34.4 crore, and EPS improved marginally to Rs. 6.21. For the full year, revenue reached Rs. 2,080.3 crore, up by 13.7%, while EBITDA rose by 6.1% to Rs. 265.1 crore, resulting in PAT of Rs. 136.4 crore and diluted EPS of Rs. 24.63.
The company reported steady growth driven by strong export demand and performance across key segments like HPPC, while also noting a positive outlook for emerging businesses. Notably, Rossari has commenced substantial capex initiatives totaling Rs. 192 crore aimed at expanding capacity across its manufacturing subsidiaries, with expected commissioning phases extending into FY26. Furthermore, the strong export performance solidifies the company’s strategic global relationships and market reach. A dividend of Re. 0.50 per share has been proposed for FY25, reinforcing shareholder returns amidst ongoing operational investments.
