Sanghi Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 28-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Sanghi Industries Limited has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025. Total income reached ₹1,007.40 Cr, compared to ₹833.95 Cr in the previous year, while expenses increased to ₹1,347.83 Cr from ₹1,300.01 Cr, resulting in a loss before tax of ₹461.63 Cr. The Board also convened the 38th Annual General Meeting for June 26, 2025, and appointed M/s S R B C & Co. LLP as statutory auditors and M/s Parikh Dave & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Changes in key managerial personnel were also approved.
