The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The financial highlights include total income of ₹500.80 crore and a net profit of ₹228.08 crore for the year. A final dividend of ₹24 per equity share has also been proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, M/s NL Bhatia & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, pending shareholder approval.
