The Board of UltraTech Cement has approved a significant dividend of 775%, equating to Rs. 77.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. For FY 2024-25, the company reported consolidated net sales of Rs. 74,936 crore, up from Rs. 69,810 crore, with a profit after tax of Rs. 6,039 crore compared to Rs. 7,005 crore in the previous year.
