UltraTech Cement Limited — Board Meeting, 28-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the Standalone and Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2025. The Consolidated Net Sales stood at ₹74,936 Cr, while the Profit after Tax was reported at ₹6,039 Cr. A dividend of 775% (₹77.50 per equity share) totaling ₹2,283.75 Cr is recommended, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting. The Board also appointed M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years, pending member approval. Further details on the date of the AGM and record date will be intimated separately.
