Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has reported notable financial results for FY 2024-25. The company achieved a record Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹6,502 crore, up from ₹6,412.11 crore year-over-year. Total income also reached an all-time high of ₹27,156.41 crore, reflecting a growth of 1.88% compared to the previous fiscal year. In Q4 FY 2024-25, total income increased by 3.79% to ₹6,723.80 crore.
As of March 31, 2025, the net worth of the company rose by 7.09% to ₹52,667.77 crore, and Assets Under Management (AUM) peaked at ₹4,60,047.84 crore. Earning Per Share (EPS) stands at ₹4.98.
The Chairman & Managing Director, Manoj Kumar Dubey, emphasized IRFC's strategic shift to diversify its lending portfolio by extending financing beyond the Ministry of Railways. The company secured significant projects, including a ₹5,000 crore term loan to NTPC Renewable Energy Limited and collaborations for infrastructure projects totaling ₹50,000 crore. The outlook remains positive as IRFC aims to optimize funding sources to maintain competitive lending rates for national interest projects.
