Central Bank of India — Updates, 28-04-2025: Press Release (Revised)

Total business for Central Bank of India grew by 10.37% to ₹702798 Cr, driven by a 15.24% increase in gross advances to ₹290101 Cr. Total deposits rose by 7.19% to ₹412697 Cr, with CASA deposits comprising 48.91% of total deposits. The bank's gross NPA improved to 3.18% from 4.50%, while net NPA decreased to 0.55% from 1.23%. Net profit surged by 48.49% to ₹3785 Cr, with a return on assets of 0.86% and return on equity of 12.48%. Capital adequacy ratio also improved to 17.02%.
