Adani Green Energy has reported strong financial results, showcasing significant growth for the quarter and fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The consolidated revenue surged 23% to ₹9,495 crore, driven by operational improvements and a 28% increase in energy sales to 27,969 million units. EBITDA grew by 22% to ₹8,818 crore, achieving a remarkable margin of 91.7%. The company added 3.3 GW of capacity in FY25, expanding total operational capacity to 14.2 GW, while water positivity was achieved across its portfolio ahead of schedule. Furthermore, the board has re-appointed Vneet S. Jaain as Managing Director for five years, effective July 10, 2025.
