IIFL Capital Services Limited — Board Meeting, 28-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

IIFL Capital Services Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved audited consolidated financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting total revenue of ₹2,567.43 crore and a profit after tax of ₹712.88 crore. The board appointed M/s. Rathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s. A N S A & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26. The company plans to raise up to ₹1,000 crore through the issuance of debentures and will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore. An interim dividend of ₹3 per equity share is also confirmed.
