The deal involves 60,000 equity shares valued at ₹6.00 lakh (0.06 Cr). This strategic acquisition strengthens Apollo's position in the renewable energy sector, supporting its commitment to sustainable growth and enhancing power procurement capabilities. GIWPPL operates a 24 MW wind power project in Tamil Nadu, generating a steady revenue stream with a turnover of ₹23.525 crore as of March 31, 2024.
