Adani Total Gas Limited's Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2025, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹5,442.48 crore and a profit after tax of ₹654.41 crore. A proposed dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share has been put forward. Mr. Shashi Shanker has been reappointed as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for three years starting May 4, 2025.
