Greenply Industries Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 28-04-2025: Record Date

Greenply Industries will set the record date for a Final Dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY 2024-25 during a board meeting on August 4, 2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM on August 25, 2025. The board also approved the appointment of SP & SA Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting FY 2025-26. Additionally, the company plans to invest ₹25 crore in its joint venture, Greenply Samet Private Limited, to enhance capital expenditure and working capital.
