Adani Total Gas Limited — Board Meeting, 28-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Total Gas Limited has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, reporting total income of ₹5,442.48 crore and a net profit of ₹654.41 crore for the year. The Board has proposed a dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval. Shashi Shanker will continue as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for three more years starting May 4, 2025. Mira Soni will resign as Company Secretary on May 31, 2025, with Anil Agrawal set to succeed her from June 1, 2025.
