Foseco India Limited will hold its 68th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 21, 2025. The register of members will be closed from May 15 to May 21, 2025, to determine eligibility for a proposed final dividend of ₹25 (250%) for the financial year ending December 31, 2024. If declared, the dividend will be credited on or before June 19, 2025, to shareholders on record as of May 14, 2025.
