Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 29-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the issuance of up to 3.5 lakh equity shares at ₹ 433 each to non-promoter shareholders, along with up to 70,000 fully convertible warrants at the same price for promoter shareholders, pending member approval. An Extraordinary General Meeting is set for May 23, 2025, to obtain the necessary approvals for these actions. Additionally, Dharati Patel & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the upcoming e-voting at the EGM.
