Dudigital Global Limited's Preferential Issue Committee has held a meeting for the allotment of 13,88,470 fully paid-up equity shares at INR 50 per share, converting an equivalent number of convertible equity share warrants. This transaction, valued at INR 6.94 Cr, increases the company's paid-up equity capital from INR 13.96 Cr to INR 14.23 Cr, raising the total number of equity shares from 6,97,76,480 to 7,11,64,950.
