Shoppers Stop Limited's Board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹4,627.64 Cr, with a net profit of ₹10.89 Cr. Mr. B.S. Nagesh will retire as Chairman and Non-Executive Director, with Mr. Nirvik Singh set to step in as the new Chairman effective July 18, 2025. Additionally, M/s.
