Adani Green Energy has allotted 44,90,416 equity shares to Ardour Investment Holding Ltd upon converting share warrants, generating an inflow of around ₹498.69 Cr. The company's paid-up capital will increase, raising the promoter group's stake from 60.94% to 61.04%. Ardour also retains the option to convert an additional 5,86,53,261 warrants by July 2025, which could further enhance the company's capital structure and promoter holding.
