Bajaj Finance Limited — Others, 29-04-2025: Amendment to AOA/MOA

Bajaj Finance has announced a board meeting to declare a special interim dividend of ₹12 per equity share and to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend will be supported by exceptional gains from the sale of a stake in Bajaj Housing Finance during its IPO. The board has also approved a final dividend of ₹44 per equity share, pending shareholder approval, and has agreed to a sub-division of shares and issuance of bonus shares in a 4:1 ratio. Furthermore, the authorized share capital will increase from ₹150 crore to ₹1,000 crore.
