Standalone revenue reached ₹3,413.6 crore. The Board has approved a dividend of ₹30 per equity share, pending shareholder approval. CEAT plans to integrate the CAMSO compact construction business this fiscal year and is focusing on capacity expansion, with a capex of ₹946 crore for FY25.
