UNO Minda Limited — Important, 30-04-2025: Capacity addition

Uno Minda Limited has approved a Detailed Project Report for its 4W-EV Project, expanding capacity by 2,03,043 units annually with an investment of around ₹423 crores. Of this, ₹114 crores will be allocated for equity in a Joint Venture focused on developing high-voltage EV powertrain products. This strategic initiative aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the expanding electric vehicle market, expecting to achieve full operational capacity over three years, commencing Q2 FY 2026-27.
