Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 30-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Paras Defence and Space Technologies has announced a board meeting where the board approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue from operations of ₹36,466 crore and a net profit of ₹6,343 crore. A final dividend of ₹0.50 per share is proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The meeting also saw the appointment of new secretarial auditors and included plans for a split of existing equity shares to boost liquidity and make shares more affordable for retail investors.
