SONA Comstar's Board has fixed July 4, 2025, as the Record Date for eligibility for a final dividend of Rs. 1.60 per equity share for FY 2024-25, pending AGM approval. The dividend will be dispatched within 30 days post-approval. Additionally, the board has approved reappointments of Independent Directors Mrs. Shradha Suri and Mr. Jeffrey Mark Overly for five-year terms and appointed M/s. Pl & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder approval.
