SRG Housing Finance Ltd. reported strong growth for FY25, with Gross Loan Assets increasing to ₹759.36 crore, up 26.23% YoY. Loan disbursements reached ₹304.96 crore, driving total income to ₹154.54 crore, a 22.01% rise. Profit after tax grew 15.81% to ₹24.39 crore. The cost-to-income ratio stands at a high 65.78%, but the company maintains solid credit quality with gross and net NPA at 1.84% and 0.61%, respectively. SRGHFL aims to achieve ₹1,000 crore AUM in the next 12-15 months, supported by an expanding branch network of 90 across seven states.
