Godrej Agrovet has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹1,545.03 Cr, with a net profit of ₹66.10 Cr. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹2,133.64 Cr, yielding a profit of ₹86.54 Cr. A proposed final dividend of ₹11 per equity share is subject to shareholder approval. The board also allotted 32,204 equity shares under the Employees Stock Grant Scheme, bringing the total equity to ₹2,602.51 Cr.
