Aster DM Healthcare has completed a 5% acquisition in Quality Care India Limited (QCIL) via a share swap valued at approximately ₹849 Cr. This strategic move initiates a merger aimed at strengthening Aster’s healthcare network across India. Nearly 1.86 crore equity shares were allocated to BCP Asia II TopCo IV Pte. Ltd and Centella Mauritius Holdings Limited. The newly merged entity, expected to be named 'Aster DM Quality Care,' is set to enhance access to quality medical services nationwide.
